Learning

Eight steps, from first prompt to shipping.

Role playbooks

What AI changes in your job, role by role.

AI literacy is universal; application is role-specific. Each playbook covers six weekly jobs, the value AI can add, success measures, and usually a real deployment to study.

Intro to Claude & the OpenAI ecosystem

2 hoursHands-onCowork · ChatGPT

A tour beyond casual ChatGPT use.

Use Cowork for files, tasks, and connectors; apply ChatGPT to daily work; then preview Codex and Claude Code for building beyond chat.

You'll leave having run a real task (summarize a case, draft an email, or organize files) in Cowork and ChatGPT, plus seen a live Codex / Claude Code demo.

What is the IESE AI Club?

The IESE AI Club is a student-led club at IESE Business School in Barcelona. We help MBA and master's students use AI in real work: prompting, context, workflows, automation and agents. We run weekly workshops, a December AI hackathon, an AI Fellowship alongside professionals who already use AI at work, and we publish a free learning path and role playbooks on this site.

Do I need a technical background or coding experience?

No. Most members arrive with no coding experience, and the material assumes none. You need curiosity and a real piece of work to point AI at. Members with no computer science background have shipped working tools; several are on the projects page.

How do I join the club?

Membership is for IESE students. Sign up through the IESE club portal and you are in for the year: workshops, the hackathon and member events. Everything published on this website is free for anyone, with no login and no membership needed.

What is the AI Fellowship?

The Fellowship is one term spent inside a real AI problem: you talk to professionals who use AI in their day job, find a use case worth the effort, and build a working prototype. Fellows walk into interviews with proof rather than opinions. Most start as beginners. Details are on the Fellowship page.

What does the club actually teach?

Four things, in order: the base (what these models are, how to prompt them, what to check, what you may paste), workflows and automation for work you repeat, agents and the harness around them, and role-specific practice. The learning path covers the first three; the role playbooks cover product management, sales, marketing, consulting, operations, venture capital, founding and AI product management.

Can people outside IESE use the material?

Yes. The learning path, the ecosystem map and every role playbook are public and free, for anyone, with no account. Club membership, workshops and the Fellowship are for IESE students.
