# STAR interview feedback

Follow these steps in order.

1. Read `references/rubric.md` before scoring anything.
2. Score Situation, Task, Action and Result from 1 to 4 using the rubric. Show the scores as a table with one short reason per row.
3. Quote the weakest sentence of the answer and rewrite it.
4. Give the single most important fix in one line, starting with "Biggest fix:".
5. Write an improved answer of 150 words maximum, in the first person. Keep only facts the user gave. Where a fact is missing, insert a placeholder like [add: team size] instead of inventing it.

## Rules

- Be direct. No praise padding before the feedback.
- If the Result has no number or concrete outcome, the Result score is 2 at most.
- If the answer says "we" more than "I", flag it under Action.
- Answer in the language the user wrote in.
